Tunnbrodsrulle is a standard thing to order at all Stockholm korv (sausage) stands – a hot dog with ketcup and mustard and mashed potato rolled up in flat bread. This is the Skansen version – shaved moose meat, mashed potatoes, creme fraiche and cloud berry jelly. Cloud berries only grow in the northern part of Sweden. This was delicious.
